Home of the Aurora Ukrainian Dancers 

A unique arts and meeting space available to rent! 

The Yellowknife Ukrainian Association (YUA) is a not-for-profit arts organization that operates the Aurora Arts Studio.

​

The YUA rents out the space to arts groups, organizations, and members of the public who are looking for a space to hold classes, workshops, rehearsals, private sessions or meetings.

​

Our goal is to become a hub for Yellowknife creativity!

Our Facilities 

  • 1,200 square feet studio space

  • Mirrored wall with ballet barre

  • Use of 12 folding chairs and 3 tables 

  • Use of Bluetooth stereo

  • Kitchenette area

  • Two bathrooms

  • Access to secure onsite storage, at extra cost, depending on availability

Rental Rates

  • Hourly = $35

  • Half day (4 hours) = $140

  • Full day (8 hours) = $225

  • Full consecutive days = $300 per day

Terms 

Cancellation Policy

Insurance

Short Term Use (under 30 days)

Booking confirmed upon full payment and signing of User Agreement.

Long Term Use (over 30 days)

Booking confirmed upon payment of the first month and signing of the User Agreement. Following payments to be made on the first of each month, for that month.

Cancellation policy

  • 30 calendar days - 80% reimbursed

  • 29-15 calendar days - 50% reimbursed

  • Within 14 days of the start date, 100% is retained by the YUA

  • If the YUA cancels the rental agreement, 100% reimbursed

Renters offering classes, workshops, private sessions or meeting in the Aurora Arts Studio must have appropriate insurances for liability. 

Proof of Insurance or a signed waiver required.
